Deactivate shortcut keys in excel..

Hi All,

i want to deactivate the shortcut keys in Excel file. Means if i press
Ctrl+N new excel file will open and if i press Ctrl+O means open window
will display.

That should not happened when i press Ctrl+N or Ctrl+O with the
shortcut keys that should restrict with code or any option.

Is there any code to disable shortcut keys operation.

Please any one help on this one.

Thanks&Regards,
Amar..
