Default Excel Data into PAge Header

Hello,

I need the following three capabilities. I seem to find them in bits
and pieces but nothing that will work the way I need it.

1. Ability to copy a range (e.g. A1:J5) and use the data copied as the
header

2. #1 above should print on all sheets, all pages

3. The Header should update if the date in Range A1:J5 is updated.
(optional)

ANYTHING you can give me will help.

I have attached a sample of the data I am working with that I need as
the header.

Thanks In Advance
