Empty excel files when double click on them
Good morning.
I have this problem: when I double click on Excel file to open it, the program opens but the Excel file not (I don't see it because it doesn't open). Instead when I open Excel program and from it I try to go to "File" menu and choose "Open" and select the Excel file (the same of before) then it opens correctly. Why does it happen ?!? I checked the association to the extension ".xls" into "File types" and it seems to be correct. Thank you a lot. Bye...Luca Fabbri |

Sometimes one of these works: Tools|Options|General|Ignore other applications (uncheck it) --- or --- Close Excel and Windows Start Button|Run excel /unregserver then Windows Start Button|Run excel /regserver The /unregserver & /regserver stuff resets the windows registry to excel's factory defaults.
