Excel printing problems - Lexmark C750
At my new job we use Excel 97 and a network Lexmark C750 printer. We often
see numbers in Excel worksheet cells on our monitors that do not appear in printouts. We also have many occasions where numbers are squished against the right side of cells on printouts in such a way as to make the numbers very difficult to read. What can we do to eliminate these problems? Thank you kindly for your help in this matter. -- ZSauce |

Not really an Excel issue, you should look to reload the drivers for the printer on your machines -- HTH Nick Hodge Microsoft MVP - Excel Southampton, England www.nickhodge.co.uk HIS "ZSauce" wrote in message ... I have this same problem. Did reloading the drivers fix the problem?

Jim,
Yes. I contacted our network administrator. He had a variety of drivers available for the Lexmark 750. The second one he suggested did the trick for me. It's been awhile since all this took place, but I believe that all I did was to remove the printer and then add it again via Windows XP. I have not had this problem since that time. Good luck! -- ZSauce "Jim H." wrote: I have this same problem. Did reloading the drivers fix the problem? -- Jim H.
