Is there a way that when a user opens an excel workbook that it will enable
the macro without asking to disable or enable? I have users that click on
disable, then the macro will not run. I have two macro buttons set up and
they choose the one that is needed at this time. I would rather it open
and the enable already be set without them having to click on it. Is this
possible?

No, Pam. Sorry. You can "force" them to enable.

So, you could set it up that if they don't enable, they don't see... if they
do enable, no clicking necessary.

Hi Pam

Either set Tools | Macros | Security to Low - not advisable, or else use a
digital signature, set the security level to High, accept the signature as a
trusted source, and never see this question again, until the signature
expires.
To create a digital signature, search for and run selfcert.exe to create a
signature. Then whilst in the Excel sheet containg your macros, click on
<Alt <F11 to go to VB, click on Tools|Digital Signatures, click on Sign as,
and select your signature and OK out. On the user's PC, set the security as
stated, then open your newly signed file. When asked to accept the
signature, click on Yes. From then on, the user will no longer be given the
option to enable or disable your macros.

Hi Pam

You need to go to Tools Macro Security and set the level to Low
