Excel DDE with images
 

Hello,

I am trying to link from Excel to a software I developed by way of DDE.
Currently, we can retrieve values from the software by placing the
following formula in an Excel cell:

=SoftwareName|Topic!'Item'

where Topic may be, for example Statistics, and Item may be a specific
data item in Statistics, such as Mean.

This all work fine and well, but I would like to do that same with an
image - namely, via DDE place the current image in my software in a
cell fo Excel with a similar formula.

Is this possible? Can anyone point me in the write direction as to how
to do this?
