Look up tables

Hi all

Sorry to interrupt your Excel forum, but does anyone know of a similar
forum or website that deals with Microsoft Access?

Also, how do you create Lookup tables in Excel? I've had a quick look
in the tips section but couldn't find anything

Thanks

Mark

Look up tables

Hey Mark...

There are a number of built in Excel function that allow for table lookup...
it all depends on how you want to gain access to the data... review the
Online Help for VLookup, HLookup, Lookup, Index, functions for starters...
they are all useful in returning data or references to data locations in
other Excel tables or spreadsheets...
Personally I use VLookup as a favorite Lookup tool
