Working with a speadsheet of 15,000 rows
After sorting the last name in ascending order and deleting several columns from a spreadsheet of 15, 000 rows, my new speadsheet has switched the first name and last name column, but has kept the Zipcode, state, city, ant all the addres fields intact. Can you help me out in what did I do wrong in this process that I've been doing for so long. So your spreadsheet should say
First Name / Last Name / Address / zip but instead it says Last Name / First Name / Address / zip If yes, right click on the column letter that holds First Name, and select Cut. Right click on the column letter that holds Last Name and select Insert Cut Cells. |
