What does range of data mean?
 

Iam trying to import an excel document into my outlook contacts. When I do
this, it tells me that to name the range of data you want to import. Can you
tell me how to do this?

What does range of data mean?
 

Select the range of data, and type in a name (e.g., "MyRange") in
the name box, which is to the left of the formula bar.
