hihi i need help how to extract current balance from this current month and store it to the next opening balance for later use.......... every time after i have update thanks -- miles |

Let's say your balance column is column D. The column grows each time you
update it, but the current balance is always at the bottom of the column. The formula: =LOOKUP(2,1/(D2:D653560),D2:D65356) will give the value of that cell.
