Remove password protected sheet
I received a weight tracker a couple of years ago and it is not a protected
sheet but password protected - is there any way to bypass the password to update some cells? I am trying to extend a date range. Thanks, Anna |
Remove password protected sheet
if it's not protected but it is password protected, that'd mean ALL cells
are marked as not locked. Unlikely. If you can't update some cells, then it IS protected. If you could type in them, that'd sort of negate the purpose of using a password, no? I'm afraid you need to get the password. Bob Umlas Excel MVP "Anna" wrote in message ...
