In Excel itemized expence report templet. If I enter all expences randomly,
from different accounts and dates,how do I arrange them by account and date
when I am finished?

Mark the WHOLE range of your data.
ToolsDataSort by Accounts, and Date

Save a copy of your file before you start - just in case!!!

select the data including the header row and do Data=Sort

select accout as your first key and dates as your second key.
