I am using a spreadsheet to and the Get External Data feature to get data
from an Access file. Everything works well as long as the locations of files don't change. When they do, I used to go into Edit Query and go into the SQL statement and change the Access data path. But now I have added a parameter and Edit Query will not allow changes. Is there a work around for this? Can I make the path for the SQL statement a parameter and put it into a cell in the spreadsheet? That would be great? Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks, Dave |
