set paste option automatically
 

I'm trying to do a simple copy (ctrl-c) from Word and paste it into an Excel
cell with ctrl-v. Now the 'paste option' button comes up each time and I
have to select 'match destination format' each time. If I turn off paste
options, then the cell contents remains blank. Help!
