Random Team Generation
I have a list of 24 names, and I am trying to randomly put them into 4 teams
of 6. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this? Thanks. |
a simple way is to use a helper column
enter =rand() next to each name select both data sets and sort by the RAND column select the teams from the first, second, third and fourth sets of six. each time you resort, you will get a different combination "newbie" wrote: I have a list of 24 names, and I am trying to randomly put them into 4 teams of 6.
