Default Transpoing: 2 columns=>1 row

Hi everyone, this is probably simple but I just dont know which way to
attack the problem.

I have 2 columns:

A 1
B 2
C 3
D 4

I need them to be 1 row:

A 1 B 2 C 3 D 4

Thanks in advance.
