Convert MSWorks 2 SS to Mac Excel

How can I convert a MSWorks 2 spreadsheet to Mac Excel SS or an Appleworks
SS? I cannot save files as Excel SS as I cannot open them because my computer
& disks were stolen. I have an education edition of MS Office 2004 for Mac.
