Example User Form Required
 

Can any please provide me (and the group) a fully working example of a
User Form being used as an a main menu and various user menu options
i.e.

(a) as an input document to add new records (to add to the end of
existing records)

(b) validation of cells, especially date dd/mm/yy, unique codes i.e. to
validate the code entered is in the format AnnnnnAA (Alpa numeric),
check if field data is a duplicate,

(c) Amend records using user form

(d) Print records from user forms

(e) Delete records from user forms


Any help would be greatly appreciated
