video footage in excel or word
 

I am embedding video footage into excel but when I email the file the footage
isn't attached. I believe this is because you are unable to fully embed the
footage like you can with say clip art, however, the person I am doing this
work for insists it is possible - can anyone help? Is is possible to do it
in Word instead?
