Default Need help fast!

This is part one of a question part two will be later once I am helped here.
I have to do this for homework and it says "save a copy of this workbook in a
new subfolder called 'Oct. 2003." Create the new subfolder inside the
existing sales folder. How do you do this? The computer won't let me do it
the normal way that I do, and this cd controls what you can and cannot do!

This is not an Excel question.

What is your "normal way" of creating a subfolder within an existing folder?

I generally browse to the existing folder and open it then right-click and
NewFolder and OK.
