Unable to print a complete workbook
I am an Associate Tech. Support. Rep with my company. I have a user who was
emailed an excel workbook and is unable to print it. I have searched for an answer to this and have yet to find one. If anyone can send some troubleshooting ideas my way that would be great. |
Provide more data. Does he have Excel installed? Exactly what is he doing
to "print the workbook"? What happens when he does this? Error message? HTH Otto "Bradley" wrote in message ... I am an Associate Tech. Support. Rep with my company. Excel is installed. We can view all the pages of the workbook. I had the user
forward me the file and opened it on my system. I also could not print it. When you choose to print it and use the option to print the complete workbook it runs like it send it the printer, but nothing happens from there. I was able to print a solo page from the workbook however. Could this be a problem if both the users use a different version of excel? Older/Newer etc. "Bradley" wrote: I am an Associate Tech. No, it is not the version difference. And I can't help you with this except
to offer some things to check. Can both of you print the complete workbook if you choose another workbook? Are the sheets of the problem workbook protected? Any of the sheets? Post back with what you find. HTH Otto "Bradley" wrote in message ... Excel is installed. We can view all the pages of the workbook. I had the user forward me the file and opened it on my system.
