Sorting issue
I have a column "c1" that is a name list and am trying to get "C2" to sort
alphabeticaly by "c1." I also need "c3" and "c4" to follow the same as "c2".
Any suggestions would help greatly.

Thank you
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,
Put your cursor in cell that contains "c1."
Go to Data Sort...
You should get a dialog box that opens and the range of cells you want to
sort should be highlighted with the exception of the header row.
You can then select the columns you want to sort.
After you clilck OK, all the highlighted cells will sort.

Hey Ken
You are right but the problem I will have is it won't line up the text in c1
with the name in c2, instead it will bunch them together in the columns and I
want there to be blanks if the name is in c1 but not c2.

I guess I can't visualize it well enough.
If your data is not sensitive, you can send me a workbook and I'll take a
look.
