In Excel 2003 I (& some other users in the office) am sometimes locked out of
the Formatting options; nothing I try will open the Format Cells dialog: the menu command Format, Cells does not work; the Button on the Toolbar does not work; Ctrl+1 does not work. In the worksheet I am currently working on, I can open the options if I select the entire worksheet, but selecting rows or cells will not work. Any ideas? -- - markvi |
