Multiple lowercase b's
 

As i am working with my spreadsheet multiple lower case b's are appearing as
i highlight a cell or box a group of cells.

Working with Win XP Pro and Excel 2003

What happens if you change the font to black? I have no idea why you'd see a
bunch of lower-case b's. :)

on a sample cell; do format, cell, alignment tab - under text alignment -
does horizontal contain "fill" ?
If so, change it,
