new @ this..in access you can put an input mask...date 99/99/99..is there a
way in excel or a way another year can be default

Change the date on your computer to last year??? (Yuck!)

Thanks!! I thought of that, however,it is for other computers as well and you
might as well type it if it is that much trouble, so especially (yuck!) But
since it was the first time I posted a question, it was nice to get a reply.
