split and freeze
how to use fix row at top and some fix row at down. just center rows
scrolling!! is there any way to use both split and freeze panes together at same time. |

There's no way to freeze rows at the top and bottom of the window.
You could freeze rows at the top, then choose WindowNew, to create another window for the workbook. Arrange and resize the windows so you can only see a few rows in the bottom window.
