print only selected cell contents without loosing spread sheet for
I have a "checklist" type worksheet where the cells are divided by visible
borders. I print the entire sheet once, then need to print on the same peice of paper each time as information is added. I cannot re-print the borders of the sheet each time or else the paper will be heavy with ink. So, I have tried to just do "print selection" for the new information within the cells, but when I do this it looses the format of the spread sheet. In other words, I need the information to print where it appears on the worksheet, but I cannot get it to??? Any help. |
Right click the bottom tab, click Move/Copy and click the copy box, find the
new copy and select cells you do not want and hit the delete key/erase contents. "Anna Tozier" wrote: I have a "checklist" type worksheet where the cells are divided by visible borders.
