How can help window be moved on screen?
 

When Help is selected in Excel the Help window extends beyond the Excel
window's right hand side. Scroll bar is available but it would be much more
convenient to move the Help window where all of it is visible.

Use its Title Bar to drag it like any other window and/or put your pointer on
its left edge and stretch it to make it wider.
