Convert hh:mm:ss to decimal hours?

I have Time entries in cells in the form hh:mm:ss, e.g 15:47:30,
03:53:08, etc.

How can I display these as hours and decimals please, e.g. 15.792,
3.886, etc ?

=A1*24 and format the cell General
