Camera Tool Linked Tables Keep Recreating Upon Opening Workbook
I have an excel workbook with 5 chart sheets with graphs. Next to each graph, I have a linked table that was created using the camera tool. The underlying data for that table is in another sheet in that workbook. Each week, I update the data and a new column is added to my data tables. I created a dynamic named range for the data tables so that the linked tables always update automatically when I add a new row. I added that dynamic range to the linked tables by clicking on the table and entering the formula in the formula bar.
The problem that I'm facing is that whenever I open the workbook, the linked tables are recreated, so I have two tables one on top of another. Does anyone have an explanation or a solution for this? I can attach a sample workbook if needed. Thanks! |
