Keyboard shortcut problems
 

Has anyone seen this: I have had several users apparently accidently select a
couple of keys that now when they press "U" they get Utility Manager to
popup. The only way that I have found to correct this is to reboot the PC.
This takes care of the problem but don't know what is causing it. I have
exhaustly researched this and still cannot find any resolution on what
possibly could have caused this, any ideas?
