Anyone having problems with Outlook macros after updating to Windows 8.1?
 

I'm still using good old Outlook 2003, which worked without any problems
with Windows 8.

However, since updating to Windows 8.1, Outlook does not seem to like my
macros any more - even though they all have a digital signature.
A work around seems to be to reduce the security level to Low but I would
rather find a 'proper' solution.

Has anyone had the same problem or found a solution please? Otherwise, any
suggestions?
