please help build a formula to lookup certain values ina list of data and pull out corresponding values.

=IF(COUNT(SEARCH({"EYECARE PLUS","EYE CARE PLUS"},A2))+COUNT(SEARCH({"EYECARE PLUS","EYE CARE PLUS"},B2))0,C2,0)
