Conditional Format Entire Workbook

When selecting the first worksheet and holding down the shift key and selecting the last worksheet in the unprotected workbook, the conditional format is not available. Version is Excel 2007, is there another process for copying the conditional formatting to all worksheets in the workbook?

CF is sheet-specific. Yo can apply CF to one sheet and copy that sheet,
OR use the FormatPainter tool and copy the formatting to each sheet.
The latter will require selecting all the cells that have the
formatting you want to copy *before* double-clicking the FormatPainter
icon. Be sure to click the icon 'off' when you're done.

Note that you can select the entire sheet by clicking the square above
the row labels, left of the column labels. I don't recommend doing
this, though, because it may take a rather long time depending on how
many sheets you're applying CF to. I'd go with doing sheet1 and then
copy it!
