Help needed in Excel
 

I have a group of data in the cell and they looked like this:


Afghanistan , Bangladesh , China , Hong Kong , India , South Korea , Malaysia , Nepal , Pakistan , Philippines , Singapore, Sri Lanka , Taiwan , Vietnam, Algeria , Angola , Central African Republic, Comoros , Congo, Democratic Republic of , Ethiopia , Senegal , Seychelles , South Africa , Sudan , Swaziland , Uganda , Zimbabwe , Paraguay , Greece , Luxembourg , Macedonia , Malta , Poland , Slovakia , Slovenia , Spain , Switzerland , United Kingdom , Armenia, Azerbaijan , Bahrain , Egypt , Georgia , Iran , Iraq , Jordan , Kuwait , Lebanon , Oman , Qatar , Saudi Arabia , Syria, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates , Yemen


I would need to categorize them according to continent in the excel sheet.

How do i go about doing that?
