Default Number of work days between two dates entered into a user form text box

Hi all,

I have a user form that has 3 text boxes as follows:

txtStartDate
txtEndDate
txtNoOfWorkDays

I would like for txtNoOfWorkDays to automatically update with the number of
work days (i.e. Mon to Fri) between the dates the user enters in
txtStartDate and txtEndDate.

If possible I would like to automatically display a chart on the user form.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Mas
