Problem with Excel Formatting

Good Afternoon Folks,

I have an excel sheet set up using excel 2003 that has cells in 1 sheet pulling info from another sheet within the same workbook. However when pulling the info accross, 1 of the cells is not displaying correctly.

The cell in question is displaying a date even though the info its pulling accross is a percentage.
Despite changing the format of said cell to a percentage, for some unknown reason it changes directly back to a date.

Can anyone shed some light as to why it would do this?

There are no conditional formats and no VBA code linked to these cells.

Happy Problem Solving
