Alpha sort excel mail list

I purchased a mailing list (comma delimited). After visually scanning the
list, I find many duplications. It is a very large list. Is it possible to
alpha sort this data either by last name or by address so that it can be
edited more easily? The sort would need to also shift the adjacent cells so
that names and addresses remain correct.

Click in the box in the upper right hand corner of the worksheet (between Row
1 and Column A) to select all the cells in the sheet. Then click the Data tab
Sort select the name column or whatever column you wish to sort by, then

click OK.

Gray button in Upper *left* hand corner -- at least in languages that read left to right.
Grey button (in English)
