View From a drop down list
 
How do I set up a list and make it so I can choose from a list to veiw only a
certian entrie.

Ex. Date Vendor Product Truck #

I purchase some product and we enter it this worksheet. but I only want to
view all prodcuts bought fr truck #4. The next time I would want to view all
the tires we have bought only.

if you mean a drop down list...then use:

data/validation...then select list and eithe type in your entries or
reference them to another range in that workbook with the list of entities
you want

You can use an AutoFilter (DataAutoFilter). There are instructions in
