Help Please Urgently, Please

I have two separate excel spreadsheets. One is in a form , and the other
one has got data. I want to import the filtered data into the form,
without importing all the fields. Can someone kindly guide me on how to
go about this. Thanks.

Maybe you could record a macro when you copy cells from one sheet to the other.

It might be enough to get you started--but I think your question needs a lot
more details to get any real good response.
