Create Excel SS from Crystal Reports
I might have to receive data in a Crystal Report form to create an Excel
spreadsheet. I haven't used CR before; can it be done and what should I tell the sender? I heard CR can be exported as a useable Excel file. Thanks, Dan |
Hey Dan.
We use Crystal 8.0 here. There is an envelope I-Con up at the top of the Crystal application. That's the export function. Click on it and then choose Format Excel, in our case we choose Excel 8.0 and then in Destination specify Application. Should open up an export window and then Excel where your Crystal Report data should be. "Dan" wrote: I might have to receive data in a Crystal Report form to create an Excel spreadsheet. Thanks, wnfisba. I'll pass this on to the senders next week.
