Label name and Import Data to Outlook
 

I use Excel to import/export contacts data. When I do one from scratch, and
go to import, I get an error about no label??? I then go back into excel,
open the file, and click on Insert/Name ... and get kind of lost after that
.... can anybody lend a clue as to the right way to do this?
