I have a user that has a problem with Excel. When he clicks on the lines
between the cells of a spreadsheet, his sheet scrolls up or down a full screen. This is something new that's occurring only in Excel 2003, and it occurs on all of our systems. Has anyone seen this before? I'm assuming is a new "undocumented feature." Do you know if there's a way to disable it?
