Excel Files open very slowly from network share
 

Dear all

i have several pc which stores data on fileserver which has windows 2003 NOS
client pc has windows2000 ,windows xp,win98
fileserver has 4 hdd c:\ hdd 0 basic disk
e:\ hdd 1 spanned volume
e:\ hdd 2 spanned volume
e:\ hdd 3 spanned volume
the data stored on fileserver is on NTFS Partition
when i try to open excel files from the fileserver ,it takes too much time
to open the file it work fine with word or powerpoint file
only win2000 and wixp client facing the problem it work ok with win98 client

please help me to solve this problem
