when I mail merge my data (currency) format is lost? Help
1. When I mail merge my excel data into word invoices the currency formatting
is lost, so I have to manually go into each documen and correct it? 2. Another problem in excel is that in some of my formulas these huge incorrect decimal places appear even though I have set the cell formatting to 'currency, 2 decimal places' I am using excel 2003 |

There's an article on the Microsoft web site that might help you: Answer Box: Numbers don't merge right in Word http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/as...164951033.aspx And if you prefer the old Mail Merge helper, Word MVP Suzanne Barnhill has instructions he http://home.earthlink.net/~wordfaqs/...ngWord2002.htm about half way down the page.
