How set travel database, look up all flight, hotel, rental cars
 

I do travel arrangements for a large corp. I need a database for all hotel,
flights and rental cars for every person. Currently everything in paper
form, but not in a database to look up past people who spent what, where and
for what job. Any suggestions of programs to buy, or a way to set it up are
greatly appreciated.
