Set tab sequence help

I'm setting up several buttons in the bottom of my worksheet.

I've unlocked several cells on the worksheet so when I protect it I can tab
in these cells.
However, if I unlock the buttons I've created it wont allow me to tab into
them when I protect the sheet.

What am I missing or doing wrong?
