Comparing values

I have two sheets in a workbook. The first column in each sheet has part
numbers.
I would like to compare worksheet1 column a to worksheet 2 column a and
identify duplicate values. I have not been able to make this work.

I had the same problem and if you do a vlookup formula, it will be able
to show you which ones are duplicated
