Attendance tracker

Hello all I am trying to create a attendance tracker that is a rolling 180 days from the start date of the agent. I am running into a few problems. One how do i get the days to roll off automaticly. Also with different start dates how do I get different 180 days per new hire. It also needs to calculate attendance perectages. Does anyone have one built or can some one build me one. Thanks
