copy excell file to a CSV file and than to Notepad
 

When I Copy an excell file to a CSV file format and than copy the CSV file to
a Notepad to be imported into a software program, the CSV file show no date
or characters in certain cells, however when I view the note file there are
commas in cells that were not showing in the CSV file. Hence, I have to
remove these commas in the Notepad file before I can inport the file. I need
to know how to copy an excel file to a CSV file without copy background or
unseen format characters.
